CHAPTER MEETINGS

Chapter Meetings
We hold chapter meetings weekly to organize the events our chapter holds and to discuss ways to strengthen our organization.

The meetings are presided over by the chapter President, ran according to Robert's Rules of Order, and guided by our chapter ByLaws.

After each meeting our chapter secretary types the meeting minutes for members who were not present. At the end of each month, he sends copies of the meeting minutes along with other documents to our International Fraternal Headquarters for their review.
